Full management
For homes you rent, share, or simply don't want to think about. We manage maintenance, vendors, housekeeping, budgets, and guest arrivals, and pay the bills from your operating account.
You get a monthly statement, an annual budget, and one person to call.
Caretaking and home watch
Scheduled walk-throughs inside and out: heat, water, roof, windows, pests, and anything that looks wrong. We check again after every big storm. Each visit ends with a report and photos in your portal.
Seasonal services
Before you arrive: heat on, water running, linens made, groceries in. When you leave: water off, valves blown out, deck furniture stored, and the house set for winter or summer.
Vendor coordination
Snow removal, housekeeping, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and hot-tub service. We schedule them, let them in, check their work, and only approve invoices that match.
