About us
Valley people, looking after valley homes.
Larkspur has been locally owned since 1994. Everyone on our team lives here year-round.
Ann Larkin started Larkspur in 1994 with six homes and a ring of keys. She'd grown up in the valley and kept seeing the same thing: owners who loved their homes but couldn't be here, and no one they trusted to check on them.
Thirty years later we look after about 140 homes, and her rule still holds. Every owner gets one dedicated manager who knows the house, and we never take on more homes than we can look after properly.
